SHIPPING & RETURNS

All parcels are mailed out 3-7 days after the order is made. Upon being processed, your order should arrive within 2-5 days. We switch between Singpost and a courier service, whichever is faster. Once tracking is sent out, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. 

Returns will only be made if the product arrives defective or in the wrong size. Otherwise, all sales are final.

IN-STORE COLLECTION

If you selected ‘in-store collection’, you can pick your items up at SPADES during their operating hours: Friday to Sunday, 1-9pm

If you selected ‘in-store collection’ but decide to opt for registered mailing instead, standard shipping will have to be paid before the item is mailed out.
